We offer complimentary size exchanges on all full-price items within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear
- Returned in its original packaging
Please Note: Every Thr3letter garment is shipped with a tag stating that once removed, the item is no longer eligible for exchange. Please try your garment before removing the tag.
Shipping & Costs
As a global brand serving customers worldwide, we currently ask customers to arrange and cover:
- The shipping cost to return the original item
- The shipping cost for the replacement size
We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured shipping service, as Thr3letter cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Sale & markdown items
- Accessories
- Gift cards
