Shipping policy
August 2026
We ship everywhere.
Wherever you are, we’ll get it to you.
Shipping is on us for orders over AUD 100.
Under that, it’s a flat AUD 29, added at checkout.
The AUD 100 is worked out on what you actually pay for the pieces, after any discount, and not counting shipping, duties or taxes.
When it leaves us
2 to 3 working days, usually. Sometimes sooner.
If a piece is made to order or on pre-order, the timeline is written on its product page, and that’s the one to go by.
And if you’ve ordered during a launch, a sale or a public holiday, give us a little longer. We’d rather take an extra day than send your parcel out badly packed.
Tracking
The moment your parcel leaves us, your tracking details land in your inbox.
One favour: check your address before you hit pay. A missing apartment number or an old postcode is the single most common reason a parcel goes astray, and once it’s out there with the wrong details, there isn’t much any of us can do.
How long it takes to reach you
That depends on where you are, and on things we don’t control: customs queues, local couriers, public holidays, weather.
We’ll give you our honest estimate at checkout. What we won’t do is promise you a date that the courier hasn’t promised us.
Duties and taxes
This is the part most brands hide, so here it is plainly.
If your parcel is crossing a border, your country may charge duty or import tax on it. That’s set by your government, not by us. It isn’t included in what you pay at checkout, and it’s paid by you when the parcel arrives.
We can’t predict the amount. It changes by country, by category, sometimes by month. If you’d like to know before you order, a quick search for your country’s import rules will give you a rough idea, and we’re happy to tell you what we know.
One thing worth knowing: if a parcel is refused and sent back to us because the charges weren’t paid, the return shipping and customs costs come out of anything we’d otherwise credit you. So if a charge does land, please pay it and talk to us. Don’t turn the parcel away.
If something goes missing
Once it’s with the courier, it’s in their hands. But you’re not on your own.
Email care@thr3letter.au with your order number the moment tracking looks wrong: stuck, silent, or delivered somewhere it shouldn’t be. We’ll chase the courier with you and stay on it until there’s an answer.
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack any further and send the photos over. That’s covered under our Exchanges & Credit policy, and it’s on us.
