DESCRIPTION
Named after Gira Sarabhai, the pioneering designer and cultural visionary who helped establish the National Institute of Design and preserve India's textile history through the Calico Museum, the Gira print honours a woman who shaped the language of modern Indian design.
Rendered in painterly blocks of coral, vermilion, blush, ochre and muted blue, the Gira Belted Mini Dress balances graphic colour with a relaxed, architectural silhouette. It features a pointed collar, a split neckline and wide elbow-length sleeves, each outlined with delicate contrast scalloped trims. The softly flared mini shape is finished with functional pockets and a detachable multi-cord belt, allowing it to be worn loose or cinched at the waist.
