DESCRIPTION
Named after Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit, whose historic place on the global stage represented a new kind of Indian womanhood, assured, articulate and unafraid to lead. The Vijaya print carries that presence through colour. Painterly panels of terracotta, marigold, faded rose and green unfold across the silk, softened with scattered wildflowers.
Cut from 100% silk, the dress features a softly rounded neckline with a keyhole opening and slender ties. Full blouson sleeves bring gentle volume to the bodice, while the removable self-fabric belt draws in the waist. Fine gathers release into a sweeping maxi skirt, allowing the silk to move freely around the body. A smooth crepe lining adds coverage while preserving its natural drape.
